  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer shipping across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary

Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural events).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size, and destination.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional COD handling fees may apply. These will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

  • For COD orders, full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the shipment without valid reason may result in cancellation of COD eligibility for future orders.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, there may be delays due to:

  • High order volumes during holidays or sales

  • Service disruptions by courier partners

  • Weather or regional restrictions

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged.

  • If you discover damage after accepting the delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, notify us within 3 days so we can investigate with the courier.
